Travel within a 30 mile radius of our office is included in our standard hourly rate and is not charged to the customer. Travel to sites outside this area is billed at $0.45 per mile unless otherwise stipulated in the written agreement. For jobs requiring air travel, ½ the day rate is charged per day of travel. The standard equipment package for assignments requiring air travel includes one Sony PD170 3CCD camera with camera mounted shotgun microphone, one Bogen tripod, one medium size soft box light kit, and one Samson UHF wireless lavaliere microphone. Additional equipment and crew are available by request.
